Zhongwen He is a patent technical specialist. He received his M.S. in the Division of Electronics and Computer from Kanazawa University in 2004 in Japan and B.S. in electrical engineering from Chinese People's Public Security University in 1998. Before joining Jeekai (now Shangcheng) in 2007, he had worked with a Japanese company for the research of the fiber laser and the optical module for three years.
