Profile

Dr. Wei Long received her Ph.D. and M.S. in Control System from Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology in Japan, and her B.S. in Instrument Science from Zhejiang University. Before Dr. Long joined with Shangcheng & Partners, she dedicated more than eight years to work at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology as a research associate and at Toronto University as a visiting researcher. She focuses her practice on patent preparation, counseling and prosecution matters. She is a member of All China Patent Attorneys Association (ACPAA).
