Dr. Wei Li is a patent attorney specialized in patents relating to organic chemistry, biotechnology and pharmaceutical area. Dr. Li received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry and biochemistry from The University of Hong Kong, and his B.S. in chemistry from Peking University. After joining Jeekai (now Shangcheng) in 2005, he focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution matters, as well as patent reexamination, invalidation and litigation matters. Dr. Li passed Chinese patent bar with the highest score in the country in 2007. He is a member of All China Patent Attorneys Association(ACPAA).
