Profile

Ms. Jingli Liu is an attorney-at-law and patent attorney. Ms. Liu received her B.S. in mechanical engineering from Beijing Open University and her law degree from Office of Continuing Education, Peking University. She started her intellectual property practice in 1994. Before joining Jeekai (now Shangcheng) in 2001, Ms. Liu worked with another intellectual firm for eight years. She has extensive experience in prosecution, enforcement and transactional matters in intellectual property protection. She is a member of China Bar Association and All China Patent Attorneys Association（ACPAA).
