Ms. Bing Lu is a patent attorney. She received her B. S. in Applied Chemistry from East China Technology University and LLM from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She started her intellectual property practice in 1995. Before joining Jeekai (now Shangcheng), she worked with Beijing Patent Agency as a patent attorney and manager. She has extensive experience in domestic and international IP matters. She is a member of All China Patent Attorneys Association.
